Terms of service

Last updated 22 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of cohesyn.solutions and the services provided by Cohesyn Solutions (“Cohesyn”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or our services, you agree to them.

1. Our services

We provide brand strategy, identity, LinkedIn content, publishing and reporting services to businesses. The scope, fees and timelines of each engagement are set out in a separate proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

2. LinkedIn publishing

Where you authorise Cohesyn to connect to your LinkedIn profile or Page, you confirm that you have the right to do so. We publish only content you have approved, and you can revoke our access at any time from your LinkedIn settings. Your use of LinkedIn remains subject to LinkedIn’s own terms.

3. Accounts

If we give you access to our portal, keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. We may suspend access that is misused.

4. Your content and ours

You keep ownership of the materials you give us, and you grant us permission to use them to deliver the services. Unless your agreement says otherwise, ownership of final deliverables passes to you on full payment. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the site or our services for anything unlawful, misleading, or infringing, or to interfere with their operation or security.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is”. Marketing results such as reach and follower growth depend on many factors and are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for those services in the three months before the claim.

7. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any disputes.
